Description
This Dehler 36 CWS has excellent sailing performances, German built quality; excellent design and engineering - and with the central winch system (CWS) and self tacking jib, she is easy to handle short-handed under all conditions. Ample headroom, stowage space and sleeping arrangements for skipper and crew below decks. The interior, contemporary with attractive mahogany looks and ample ventilation. This Dehler 36 CWS is well maintained example from 1992 and is the Prestige/deluxe model with two double cabins and single heads.

Nav station: well designed layout with decent chart table and seat. Everything to hand and right beside the companionway.
Galley: this is linear and runs the full length of the port side of the saloon; good working space, ample stowage with twin stainless steel sinks. Neptune 4500 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill. Fridge with icebox.
Heads: to port aft of the galley; plenty of space and stowage with manual Lavac heads, basin and shower
Aft cabin: to starboard aft of nav station, large double berth with good cupboard stowage. Access to stern gear and engine battery
6 berths in all.
Rig
Fractional sloop rig with deck-stepped mast and self-tacking jib with nearly all lines led aft from the mastbase under deck to the cockpit - so clear decks and less UV damage to running rigging.
The CWS (central winch system) is a principle feature with lines led to the cockpit via clutches to the powerful Harken 44 2 speed single electric/manual winch mounted on the central platform forward of the helm.
Additional 2 Harken 2 speed manual sheet winches. All winches are self-tailing
